WHITE TEAS
White tea is the least processed of all tea types. It uses only the most select tippy budsets on the tea plant (look closely and the fine silver fuzz on the fragile buds are visible!). Naturally low in caffeine, white teas are very rich in antioxidants. Be sure to let the kettle sit for 2-3 minutes after boiling before brewing white teas, the delicate leaves will cook under boiling water!
